Hawaii Day 2

Day 2 was Mom and Rodd's birthday. Which was great because I could make all kids of comments about my brother being 40 and only got punched a pushed a few times.  After Rodd came back from celebrating his 40th birthday with the Tyler's we headed out to see the mountains. We had a really beautiful view of mountains that shoot straight up like the Tetons but are covered in green.



 


We took a little walk at  He'eia State Park where the foliage (which the guide pronounced "foilage") was so pretty and there were little bits of coral washed up on the shore. 

To finish out the birthday we watched the Cowboys game and had a nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
